Who pays for a Strata Report in NSW?

The buyer usually pays for the Strata Report in New South Wales.

Sometimes, the vendor (seller) will arrange for a Strata Report to be prepared and make it available to potential buyers. These reports may favour the vendor.

Upon settlement, the successful buyer will then reimburse the vendor.
